Perfect for very complex, multiple and/or long-term engagements or for an ongoing retainer arrangement:
1-2 hour initial consultation and scoping session (can be split across separate 1 hour sessions); further ‘check-in’ sessions as agreed
12-20 hours contact sessions to develop and deliver outcomes (may be spread over multiple initiatives)
1 hour follow-up session and assessment/feedback summary per initiative, with documented summary
Designed for more complex initiatives or for an inter-related program of work, this package includes:
a 1-2 hour initial consultation and scoping session (which may be spread over two separate sessions)
6-12 contact hours to develop and deliver agreed solutions (project plans, advice, strategies, training sessions, workshop facilitation)
1 hour follow-up, assessment and feedback session with documented summary
Suitable for a one-off or unique engagement, for example a single project, advice or training session, this package includes:
a 1-hour initial consultation and scoping session
2-6 contact hours to develop and deliver the agreed solution (eg project plan, advice, strategy or pitch document, training session, workshop facilitation)
30-minute follow-up and feedback session
Meet your consultant
Principal consultant, Matthew Jones, has over 30 years’ experience in professional service organisations, including as a lawyer and global director in international law firms Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, Freshfields and Baker McKenzie.
Matthew has led multiple large teams and projects and understands what is required to achieve success, whether by increasing your team’s engagement or by implementing your project smoothly and on time.
Thoth Consulting was established by Matthew to share the knowledge he has gained during his career, particularly in the areas of inclusion & diversity, organisational knowledge and dynamics, and people and team management.
